Hi everybody. Long time since I updated the bios. The new version adds support for the 1 wire devices of maxim. You can connect as many as you want to pin 1 of the cpc booster+ expansion port. Here's a look of the available devices: http://www.maxim-ic.com/products/1-wire/ I have connected the temperature sensor DS18B20. The 1 wire protocol requires only one pin for data exchange and u can add many devices in the same pin because they all have a unique device id. Also, I have made a little usb to 485 converter using the ftdi chips. I did this a long time ago but now I tested it with the 485 port of the booster and it works perfectly. I will update the webpage and I will make some videos and tutorials on how to use the expansion port of the booster to connect switches, buttons, LCD displays and even an RTC.

I still have no answer... where to get the latest version of the firmware ? I need to replace the ATMega chip on my booster (managed to fry the uart interface pins...) and I want to flash the new chip with the firmware...

Ok, wesorted this out with Antitec. You can now download the Booster firmware and sourcecode here : https://code.google.com/p/cpcsdk/source/browse/trunk/resources/CPC_BOOSTER If you make any changes, tell us, so we can keep only one version of it and everyone compatible.
